How to Book

Easy as 1, 2, 3!

Step 1.

Fill out our event form- the more info you can provide the better! Look for a reply within 24 hours.

Step 2.

Create your custom package! We offer a variety of mix & match items that make your event extra special while staying within your budget. Ready to get this party started? We require a 50% deposit and signed agreement to hold your date.

Do you need power?

We require two outlets, preferably seperate, to run the cart. Our espresso machine, grinder, and pump require 20 amps of power to operate. In the event a generator is required we can provide one for an additional fee.

Where can the cart go?

Almost anywhere! Outdoors or indoors the cart is set up to function independently. We will need access to a 38" wide entry (an ADA accessible door or double doors). We can provide a custom set-up for venues without this access.

Where do you travel?

Currently Daybreak serves all of Snohomish county as well as parts of King County and the Stilly Valley. Currently we require a travel fee outside a 20 mile radius. Feel free to reach out for a custom quote!

How is the cart delivered?

The Daybreak Cart is delivered on a 5 x 8ft trailer complete with a ramp. This requires mostly even ground to be wheeled out. To ensure safety of the equipment our team has a load in time of 30 minutes.

How much space is required?

The cart comfortably fits best in a 10 x 10 foot space but aternative indoor space events are available.

How many drinks per hour can you serve?

We have a multitude of set-ups and drink sizes that affect this size. However a fair median would be 30-40 drinks an hour,
